Magalie Han- President


Magalie Han is an MBA candidate at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Major in Studio Art from Concordia. With more than five years’ experience in fundraising and eight years’ experience in administration and events management, Magalie’s interest in community involvement began in Mauritius, her home country. There, she volunteered teaching art to children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Since then, she has been volunteering for various causes, including the 5 Days for the Homeless campaign at Concordia, where she slept on the streets to raise funds and awareness for the homeless. Recently, she served as Vice-President Conference for the John Molson Women in Business Club. As the president of the International Community Outreach Program, her goal is to increase the visibility of the program and to build relationships with non-profit organizations and the business community.


Sri Hari Prasadh- VP Finance

Sri Hari Prasadh Radhakrishnan is an MBA candidate at the John Molson School of Business. He holds a Masters in International Business from the University of Wollongong in Dubai. He has three years of experience working in renewable and cement manufacturing industry handling both technical and managerial responsibilities. Sri Hari was responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in his previous organizations. As the VP Finance, he wishes to develop relationships with international non-profit organizations and spread the benefits of social business and entrepreneurship.




Jahnabi Hazarika – VP Marketing

Vice President- Marketing 

Jahnabi Hazarika graduated with a Masters degree in Biotechnology from Northeastern University, Boston and thereafter worked as a scientist in the pharmaceutical sector, managing R&D and manufacturing projects in USA and India. With a desire to broaden horizons and acquire business acumen, Jahnabi is currently pursuing her MBA at the John Molson School of Business. An avid endurance runner, she continues to dedicate her spare time towards training and taking part in long distance runs to support social causes. As the VP Marketing, she wants to raise awareness about non-profit programs and social enterprises in the JMSB student community and hopes to bridge the gap between business and society by driving engagement.




Tatiana Shchukina- VP Fundraising

Vice President- Fundraising

Tatiana Shchukina is an MBA candidate at the John Molson School of Business. She holds a Master in Finance from Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Within her career path, Tatiana worked in Corporate Finance, focusing on strategic financial management, reporting and controlling. Joining ICOP, she wishes to learn and promote social responsibility of business, increase awareness of the importance of triple bottom line, and attract more attention to sustainability issues. As the VP Fundraising, Tatiana is looking for new channels to communicate ICOP’s goals and involve more partners to support its activities.




Tarun Bansal – VP Events

Vice President- Events and Logistics

Tarun Bansal is pursuing his MBA at the John Molson School of Business since Fall 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Jaypee University, India. He has 4 years of experience in the techno-managerial role with a leading multinational company in the energy sector in India. He believes in the philosophy of empowering the society by providing education to all. He enjoys teaching voluntarily to students who cannot afford paying tuition. By joining ICOP, Tarun intends to promote this philosophy and spread the message of social entrepreneurship.
